Recovering from a power outage

After powering on the crates, it is important to make sure each IOC is working after a couple minutes. Use the DM screens or another UNIX side monitor to check the IOCs and their monitors. If they are not working, use telnet bbr-tty1 <port number> where the port number is 2000 + 100 * the port. Some garbage normally appears on the screen. Wait for it to clear up. Then press a return or so until you see [VxWorks Boot]:. At the prompt, enter @. This should procede to boot the IOC. To exit the terminal session, press ^] and type quit at the telnet> prompt.

Port 1: CEN-MON
Port 2: CEN-BIP
Port 3: IFR-MON
Port 4: EMC-MON
Port 5: EMC-ILK
Port 6: DCH-MON (I think)
