This browser shows a tree view of the numeric database in the same way as it is seen from ORC. Left pane of the browser shows the tree structure in each of the subsystem database. Every database has a number of runtypes, each runtype referring one of the top maps. Every top map links to the subsystem maps, every subsystem map links to the maps below it or leaf objects. Right pane shows the contents of each individual map selected in the left pane. Exact information displayed depends on the type of the selected object, and ususally includes a link name (it can be a system name, run type, or path component), configuration key of the object this link points to and other information related to the object, such as container name, user who created it, etc.

Icon displayed next to the item depends on the item type. Here is the list of icons which you can see in the numeric browser:
The item is a subsystem database (or more precisely it is a runtype map)
The name is a run type and is a link from the runtype map to the top database. The key displayed in the right pane for the link of this type is a top key.
The name is a name of the subsystem and is a link from the top map to the subsystem map. The key displayed in the right pane for the link of this type is a key in the subsystem container, e.g. BdbConfigMap:Trg.
The name is link to ordinary map.
The name is link to a numeric object which is not a map (leaf object).
