Fax policy: If all material for the meeting is on this page by sometime Sunday, I will assume people can pick it up from here and won't fax it to everyone by default. I will happily fax it to anyone who requests it. Late material will go to everyone except those who have told me they don't require web material to be faxed (and to them, thank you). Material not online will of course be faxed to everyone.
