About bbftp

The program used to transfer files to the remote site is bbftp.
This program splits a single file in several pieces, sending them through parallel streams. The whole file is rebuilt on the remote site.
MocaEspresso uses a version of bbftp modified by Tim Adye: it starts its own bbftp daemon thus allowing a passwordless connection to datamove3 at SLAC.
