To update an existing SP8 installation (minimum 18.0.4d)
to a new release, do the following :

1) Install new release

2) Create test release

3) Conditions database

   Always do a schema upgrade when switching to a new release

   ooschemaupgrade -infile /afs/slac.stanford.edu/g/babar/Bdb/Reference/current/schema.dmp $OO_FD_BOOT

   Check if your database has the correct view for the new release

   'CdbManager status' returns the view of your database

   If your view is too old, download new snapshot and load it in the db.

4) Validation

   Run the validation runs and compare to SLAC.
