ANSWER:
The TeXutil directory contains solutions to questions such as:
  1. How do I fix bounding box info in postscript files?
  2. How do I fix postscript output by Framemaker 4 so that it can be put into Latex?
  3. How do I fix a rotten Framemaker PS file?
