This section lists some commands that are maintained as part of SoftRelTools. The grouping into ``User'' and ``Release Coordinator'' commands is for convenience. One expects the Release Coordinators will need to use the ``User'' commands, and other
users or Package Coordinators may occasionally need to use the Release Coordinator commands. Check the man pages for more details.
