Important notes:
  • Skimming of Runs 1-6 is virtually complete. Addition or removal of data is always possible.
  • To get R24 datasets you must use --dbname bbkr24 option of BbkDatasetTcl (e.g. BbkDatasetTcl --dbname bbkr24 -Run3-OnPeak-R24c-v07 --tcl 500K --splitruns)
