Runs 1 to 6 R24a3 v03 PR Datasets

Important notes:

Skimming of Runs 1-6 is considered complete to the best of our knowledge. Addition or removal of data is always possible but not probable at this stage.
B-counting numbers are still coming from R22; runs which are now in datasets but were not processed in R18 or R22 do not have B-counting yet. This will be fixed as soon as possible. Thus the luminosity reported here is not final nor complete.
To get R24 datasets you must use --dbname bbkr24 option of BbkDatasetTcl (e.g. BbkDatasetTcl --dbname bbkr24 Jpsitoll-Run3-OnPeak-R24a2-v03 --tcl 500K --splitruns)
