The Nature of the Beast

The information contained in the Beast file is summarised in Table 1. In this table the column First Version in the version of the file that this data first appeared in.

Since tag V00-03-03 there has been a parameter to determine which AstMatch objects are output (only one set will ever be available in a job). This parameter is oldEmcMatch and can be set via the normal tcl interface. If this is true the old match object will be output.

In tag V00-03-04 the file version number was V2.6 and it should have been V2.7, this is fixed by tag V00-03-05.

Since tag V00-02-03 there has been a parameter to determine if the Ifr data is output. This is due to it not all working. At present (V00-03-06) the IfrAbs3D lists are the only data under this control. Again, this parameter (ifrOutput) can be set using the normal tcl methods.
